Early cancel: You can cancel your appointment by logging into Mind Body and canceling your service at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Your pre-paid appointment will then remain in your account for the next time you would like to schedule an appointment.

Late cancel or no show: If you do not cancel within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will still be charged for your service and not be refunded for said service.

Unlimited Monthly Appointments not cancelled 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged a late cancel fee of $15.
